When we first moved into our house it was kind of a disaster. Seriously, you can check out pictures here. The honest truth for us, is that we could never have afforded this house in this neighborhood if it hadn’t been a disaster in desperate need of almost every kind of repair. Since we first bought it several years ago we’ve picked a new project each year to focus our time (and our savings account) on. The pool was something we designated for year three and while it took a while to implement we absolutely love it.
