New Year’s Eve Champagne Punch
December 30th, 2014
Weather you’re planning a last minute New Year’s Eve party, or simply forgot about including a cocktail at your gathering, The Chic has got your covered with this New Year’s Eve Champagne Punch. Just throw the ingredients together in a large bowl or pitcher and allow guests to serve themselves. It’s the easiest champagne cocktail you’ll ever make!
Fill your large vessel halfway with lots of ice, frozen peaches and fresh berries (or whatever is in season at the moment).
Pour in the pear juice. If you can’t find pear juice, apple or peach juice would work great here. Just make sure that it’s an all-natural juice with less sugar because you don’t want to add too much sugar to this drink. Unless you like your cocktails sweet, then in which case, by all means add the sugary juice!
Fill the rest of the pitcher with a bottle of champagne, or prosecco or any other sparkling wine you prefer.
Give everything a stir with a long spoon to make sure it’s evenly combined.
Fill a few glasses with ice and berries and top off with the champagne punch. Serve chilled and enjoy!
