how to make champagne cocktails

Fill your large vessel halfway with lots of ice, frozen peaches and fresh berries (or whatever is in season at the moment).

Pour in the pear juice. If you can’t find pear juice, apple or peach juice would work great here. Just make sure that it’s an all-natural juice with less sugar because you don’t want to add too much sugar to this drink. Unless you like your cocktails sweet, then in which case, by all means add the sugary juice!

Fill the rest of the pitcher with a bottle of champagne, or prosecco or any other sparkling wine you prefer.
