Our oven works overtime during the holidays.  We have so much to bake and cook for friends and family– and for those of us with furbabies, we usually have a little companion staring at our every move hoping we’ll drop a crumb of something they can munch on.

Try making these Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits and a doubling up the recipe for your favorite neighborhood dogs too.

Most dogs are a BIG fan of peanut butter.  (Actually, I’ve never met a dog that didn’t love peanut butter.)  This is a quick one-bowl biscuit that is packed with good stuff like flaxseed and rolled oats.  Just in case you were wondering- yes, these biscuits are safe for human consumption.  And yes, I have tasted them.  They smell so good coming out of the oven.  But like all dog treats, they are not sweet.
