We’re always trying to come up with new and inventive ways to serve salad to our guests and we loved this concept because the bowl itself is actually part of the salad too!! These would be great side dish for a spring cookout and they’re so simple to make you it’s almost not fair that they’re so pretty!

Here’s What You’ll Need – Serves 4

3 Romaine Lettuce Leaves – Washed and Chopped

2 Whole Avocados – Halved

2 Strips of Bacon – Cooked and Chopped

1/2 Cup of Tomatoes Diced – I used grape and cherry tomatoes in various colors

Dressing – I used Ranch but the choice is yours

Cheese – I used grated parmesan but you can use any kind you like

Salt & Pepper – To Taste

In a small bowl combine lettuce, tomato and bacon
