Prosciutto Melon Skewers

This is such a classic summer appetizers. The sweet of the melon married with the savory prosciutto and a little basil leaf to add some texture and some weight to the flavor. These are also perfect for your summer parties because you can make them well in advance, store in the fridge and they’ll hold up beautifully and taste fantastic!!

Summertime Sensations


Cantaloupe – cubed or balled

Fresh Basil Leaves

Bocacinni (mozzarella balls)


Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Wooden Skewers


Layer basil, melon, bocacinni, prosciutto, melon, basil onto a skewer. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and garnish with diced basil. Serve cold.
