Cantaloupe – cubed or balled
Fresh Basil Leaves
Bocacinni (mozzarella balls)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Layer basil, melon, bocacinni, prosciutto, melon, basil onto a skewer. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and garnish with diced basil. Serve cold.
